Refund and Exchange Policy

Standard and straight forward. Our commitment to you begins from the moment you place your order with us. We realize that every now and then something doesn't work out the way you expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.

You may return or exchange items purchased from Rosa Snow within 20 days of receiving your order with an original receipt or packing invoice. We will refund the full amount of purchase to your Credit Card. We cannot credit your account until we receive and review returned items. Once your refund and / or credit is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

HOW it works:
Original tags must be on all items. Original packaging must be included.

Shipping Costs for Returns: You are responsible for shipping costs.

Return by use of UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Insure the package for your protection. We are not responsible for any untraceable packages that do not reach us.

EXCEPTIONS
Our Customer Service Team is just a phone call or email away, so call for pre-approval to be sure your item can be exchanged or returned...
Returns that are mailed back without pre-approval may not be accepted as a return item.

Rosa Snow is unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
  • Sale and Clearance Items
  • Opened items (from original packaging) unless defective
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned without an original receipt or packing invoice
  • Special orders
  • Any item that has obvious signs of wear or use.
  • Original tags and packaging must be on items. This includes any stickers on tags or bonus items.

Shipping Mishaps:
Our goof: we pay. We will gladly and promptly re-ship.

Your goof: you pay for reshipping. This includes anything returned to us because of incorrectly provided address or a non-deliverable address. Deliveries refused by the recipient and returned to us WILL NOT receive a refund until we are contacted and instructed on how to proceed with the order.
