Is Rosa Snow safe and secure?
Heck yes! Our site is on a secure encrypted server and your payment information will NOT be shared. Totally safe. Please see our "Privacy Policy" for more in-depth information.

What types of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Sorry, we do not take checks or money orders. We currently do not accept American Express.

Why didn't I get charged tax?
Rosa Snow is based in Minnesota. There is no sales tax outside of the state Minnesota, and our state does not charge sales tax on apparel (some restrictions apply). Minnesota residents will be charged applicable tax.

How much time will it take for my item to arrive?
We are a small shop but try to mail out all in-stock items immediately, within 1-3 business days of you placing your order. This does NOT include shipping time.

What shipping method does Rosa Snow use? To keep it simple, we use UPS only and abide by their pricing, hours, and holidays. We use USPS to deliver to PO Boxes. International orders are shipped via USPS.

What is the difference between Express Ground and 2nd Day Air shipping?
Express Ground takes 1 - 4 business days to arrive. 2nd Day Air takes 1-3 business days to arrive depending on when you placed your order and where you live.

I need to talk to someone about my order – Who can help me?
Calling is NOT the fastest way to reach the shop (we are an online store, after all!) so please try emailing first if it is convenient.

Do you offer items wholesale?
Nope. All retail, honey!

What do I do if my merchandise arrives damaged or missing?
Contact us immediately!

Do you ship to Internationally?
Yes we do. Due to restrictions, we cannot ship all brands and items to our International customers. Please email us to inquire: customerservice@RosaSnow.com

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
No.
